This is a summer-tasting smoothie that makes a fabulous morning start.
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 handful (you must love my exact measurements) raw almonds
1 1/2 handfuls of purple grapes
1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
2 ripe peaches, cut into quarters (and without the pit)
2 handfuls of baby mixed dark-leafy greens
Put in high-speed blender at full speed for 60 seconds. Makes 3-4 servings or one breakfast for me and Isabelle (who jumps for joy when she sees her "moofie").
