Nathan and Oma snuggeling. He utterly loved his Captain America costume she got him.
And of course lots of laughter and snuggles.
Our Blessings board. The kids get to fill it out every now and then.
Oma added her name to the blessings. :-)
As we had desperately hoped, the new couch was going to come a few days early so that Oma would still see it. Alas, we had to get rid of the old couch fast! We put it on Craigslist and it was gone!
And the kids kind of enjoyed no couch in the living room. Nathan in the corner with my Kindle. Apparently it is not an electronic reader. Because that is not what my kids use it for (except for Abby, my bookworm).
My mom had terrible shoulder pain that can be relieved with a cortisone shot but no one would give her one! The poor woman was in terrible pain (and she can stand some pain). So we tried multiple things to soothe the pain. Here is our Bengay try.
It was hilarious. My mom HATED it. It's one of those moments where you wish the Bengay hadn't gone into your skin yet but it's too late...
